Q: Is The Etching/Engraving Permanent?

A: Yes all items are laser engraved/etched via a commercial grade fiber laser. These markings will last lifetime of use and hold up to heavy use compared to other products such as cerakote, paint. Please Note, some colors will darken when scratched, its not the color being removed, but deepening due to impact or use. This is especially true in the magwell area. A: Items such as metal, leather, slate/stone, can acquire a light engraving or deep engraving depending on the request or requirement needed.
Q: Can I Request or Use My Own Custom Artwork?

A: Yes, custom artwork can be used on all products if a high resolution image can be provided. Recommended files include (high resolution) .tiff, .png, .svg, or .ai. Other forms can be accepted just please reach out to odinlaserworks@gmail.com for more information. A: If you have an idea of a graphic or design, please reach out to odinlaserworks@gmail.com and we will do our best to achieve and accommodate your ideas. Please allow extra time when ordering for design work.
Q: What Materials Can You Engrave?

A: Currently Odin Laser Works specializes in engraving/etching in Raw/Anodized Metals (Stainless, Aluminum, Titanium), Slate/Stone, Polymers, Leather, EVA Foam, and Acrylic. A: Cutting services are also available in the above materials.
Q: What is typical the turn around time for a personalized product?

A: We strive to ship all orders in 1-2 business days. However, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. If you need urgent fulfillment, send us an email at odinlaserworks@gmail.com and we'll try to accommodate it.
Q: How to I send my NFA/Serialized Item to be Engraved?

Q: I Received A Tracking Notification. When Will My Items Actual Ship?

A: If you have received a tracking notification via email, this indicates your item is on deck or ready to ship. Depending on the time of day you receive the notification, your item may ship that day or the following business day.
