JK Armament 155 60deg Rifle Clipping Jig
Did you purchase a JK Armament Form1 Kit but were not impressed with the sound, tone, and signature quality?
Have you been looking for an easy method for aligning and clipping cups?
These 3D printed clipping jigs will assist you in hand (Dremel Reccomended), machine, or mill finsihed aligned stacked clips throughout your kit.
Note: Each Jig will come in a double clip orientation, however, single clip is preffered method. The Jig just allows two working spaces if needed to extend the life of the jig.
Limited Tools Needed:
- Dremel 3000
- Reinforced cutting discs
- 1/8” tungsten carbide cutting bit
- 3D printed Dremel hand guide
- Sand Paper/Deburring Tool
- Instruction Guide
I designed this jig around the JK Armament 155 Pro (Titanium) SBR Kit for their 60 degree rifle cones/baffles for use on a mini mill, drill press, but really for limited hand tools
I used the cutting wheel to define my cutting boundary on both sides, then made small slices cutting down and getting the main shape and decent amount cut/carved out. Switched to my carbide cutting bit and shaped the rest of the cut out.
The downside to this design and jig is that you can’t rotate the baffles around they need to remain in order of the line you drew originally to all line back up nicely.
Reminder: Never modify any solvent trap or parts at all before you have an approved BATFE Form1 in hand
**Image is for reference, each caliber has a different clip width and depth, please select caliber needed when ordering. **
